I-pack / WINGSACK
株式会社I-pack
Okayama / Okayama
An overseas bag production risk-management partner founded in 2008 and headquartered in Okayama, Japan. Operating under the in-house brand WINGSACK, the company handles OEM/ODM for tote bags, pouches, wallets, leather bags, luggage, and eyewear cases. Its defining strength is a multi-location production network — a 6,000㎡ main factory in Qingdao, plus Vietnam, Italy, and a domestic Toyooka facility — backed by a proprietary quality-control infrastructure. This includes Japan-customized X-ray needle detectors (high-penetration, triple-staff monitoring), roller-type needle detectors (0.8φ–1.2φ for children's bags and cosmetic pouches), and cell-line inspection throughout. The Toyooka base houses an AI-equipped UV sterilization X-ray detector, container-capable warehousing, and a material showroom featuring Italian SDGs high-end and Japanese/Chinese bag fabrics. From planning and design through material sourcing, factory selection, sampling, mass production, inspection, and import/export, I-pack is a true end-to-end OEM partner brands can rely on.
