MIWAX
株式会社ミワックス
Osaka / Higashiosaka
Founded in 1946 and backed by 80 years of specialization in precision flat-mat fabrication, MIWAX is a domestic OEM manufacturer dedicated exclusively to sheet-material products — desk mats, cutting mats, mouse pads, mahjong mats, and table mats — in PVC, rubber, resin, magnet sheet, non-woven fabric, fiber, and more. As the pioneer that introduced Japan's first NC cutting system for made-to-order desk mats in 1990, MIWAX has continually expanded its large NC cutting capabilities and developed 'SHA DE KI~RU' (Photo-to-Cut), a proprietary system that derives cutting data directly from smartphone photos — enabling template-free production of irregular shapes and one-of-a-kind mats. Silk printing, foil stamping, and full-color printing are available in-house, making it a single-source partner for custom-logo novelties, commemorative gifts, and store-fixture mats from prototype through mass production and rigorous in-factory inspection. Long-term partnerships with major Japanese stationery and office-supply manufacturers further demonstrate the reliability of MIWAX's output.
