Kachan / SUGITEC
株式会社スギテック
Nara / Yamatokoriyama
A domestic metal press manufacturer in Nara with long experience producing school-bag fasteners, bag hardware, buckles, and belt hardware. Rather than an OEM factory for finished bags or sewn apparel, Sugitec is strongest as a partner for the metal parts that shape the impression of bags, leather goods, belts, and fashion accessories, supporting projects from prototyping through mass production, post-processing, inspection, and packing. With single-shot, progressive, and transfer presses, multi-forming, tapping, die design and manufacturing, plus inspection equipment such as image measuring systems and projectors, it can combine more than 100 buckle base shapes with plating, coating, honing, and satin finishes to differentiate a brand through fine hardware details.
